In the beginning we wanted to offer our restaurant guests a similar sensation experienced in some French boutique hotels. The thought of having a small shop featuring produce that restaurant guests would have enjoyed using or seeing while dining at La Pe'tanque sounded like a good idea. The homewares shop was born with a few quirky objects and beautiful produce worth taking home as a present or a souvenir.

In 2009 we moved our shop to Flinders. Since then the tiny shop has grown, generating even more interest from locals and visitors alike.

The cottage now has four distinctive rooms and has become an emporium, with modern and contemporary homewares, gifts, furniture, jewellery and fashion. We stock Australian and European labels; Jac + Jack, Tickets for Coco, Empire Rose and gorgeous knitwear by Spanish designer Aldo Martin.

La Pétanque Living now showcases a very modern, stylish, yet affordable new range of structured beanbag furniture. These beanbags come in fabric for inside or there is a waterproof range for outside use, the perfect pieces to complement a living room or a great way to start furnishing your first apartment.

You will still find Fink + Co anodised aluminium water jugs, along with beautiful glass bowls and plates from Spain and Luigi Bormioli crystal wine glasses, all used in the restaurant and all making the perfect wedding gift or the perfect addition to your own dining table.
